Long Island Racial Equity Donor Collaborative

2020 Request for Proposals: Planning Grant
Deadline: TBD

**Out of concern for our local community organizations - as they respond to the disruptions of COVID-19 by shifting to remote working arrangements and finding alternative ways to continue to serve our communities – we have decided to extend the Planning Grant application deadline. The 3/27 deadline has been extended (by a month or longer) and a new deadline date will be posted online once we have a better understanding of the impacts of COVID-19.

These are uncertain times, but our Long Island communities are resilient and we will get through this together.

The Long Island Racial Equity Donor Collaborative at the Long Island Community Foundation has issued a request for proposals for planning grants (of up to $25,000) to support nonprofit organizations advancing racial equity by increasing access to living-wage jobs and improving financial wellness among Black Long Islanders.
