Since inception, The Long Island Community Foundation has operated as an affiliate of The New York Community Trust.

As part of our centennial celebrations, we are creating a single, unified organization to more powerfully advocate for our region with one voice.

We will still maintain our physical offices in Long Island with the same dedicated staff who will continue to honor and build upon our relationships with local nonprofits and communities.

Travel from West – From the Long Island Expressway take Exit 42 for Northern State Pkwy E/Broadway toward Hauppauge. Merge onto Northern State Pkwy. Take exit 40 for New York Route 110 N toward Amityville/Huntington. Turn left onto Walt Whitman Road. Turn right into 900 Walt Whitman Road. Parking is available in front and in the rear of the building. LICF is in Suite 205.

From the Northern State Parkway take exit 40 for New York Route 110 N toward Amityville/ Huntington. Turn left onto Walt Whitman Road. Follow rest from above.

Travel from East – From the Long Island Expressway take Exit 49N for NY-110 N toward Huntington. Merge onto N. Service Road. Turn Right onto Pinelawn Road. Take the 2nd Right onto Broad Hollow Road, which becomes Walt Whitman Road. Follow rest from above.

From the Northern State Parkway take exit 40 for New York Route 110 N toward Amityville/ Huntington. Turn right onto Walt Whitman Road. Follow rest from above.

Travel from South – From Sunrise Hwy/NY-27, take the Meadowbrook Pkwy North to the Northern State Pkwy. Then take exit 40 for New York Route 110 N toward Amityville/Huntington. Turn left onto Walt Whitman Road. Turn right into 900 Walt Whitman Road. Parking is available in front and in the rear of the building. LICF is in Suite 205.

From Southern State Pkwy East, take exit 32N New York Route 110 toward Huntington. About 7 miles, 900 Walt Whitman Road will be on your left, immediately after the Melville Shopping Mall. Parking is available in front and in the rear of the building. LICF is in Suite 205.
