Contributing to our Annual Fund, helps improve life on Long Island!
You choose how we put your gift to work:
Education: To prepare Long Island students for success in college and the workforce.
Hunger: To reduce or alleviate hunger on Long Island.
Veterans: To improve the effectiveness, responsiveness, and equality of mental health services for veterans.
Community Response: Respond to Long Island's unforeseen, urgent problems.
Anyone can give. Here are three easy ways:
1) Write a check to Long Island Community Foundation, 900 Walt Whitman Road, Suite 205, Melville, NY 11747. On the memo line, please note which area you prefer.
2) Give through your donor-advised fund. You can call us and we'll transfer your gift over the phone, or you can do it on MyNYCT (Look for the Annual Fund tab).
3) Contact David Okorn, 631.991.8800, ext. 226 or Marie Smith, ext. 223. They can tell you about other options, including giving gifts of stock.
With your support this past year, you’ve helped: provide professional development and resources to teachers in high need school districts to enhance quality and capacity of classroom teaching in science, math, technology, and arts; seed Long Island’s first regional affordable and fair housing entity at St. Joseph’s College - the Institute for Attainable Homes; increase access to healthy food for the disabled and seniors through a mobile food pantry; and so much more…
Thank you for your continued generosity and helping to make Long Island the best place to live, work, and play.
